Globe Rish have had numerous requests to include firearms training in our courses. GRI are offering a combined training course composed of a 7 day close protection course, this course will give the student a solid knowledge on how CP operations are planned and implemented and will contain practical exercises. This will be followed by a 5 day firearms pistol course taken from the ACPO UK CP course. This course requires the student to have experience in handling a pistol. And will enable the student to use a number of different tactics to defend the person they are protecting. The final 2 days will contain a tactical CP first aid course. this is not a basic or standard first aid course. The course has been designed for CP personnel working in the field and is the only course in Canada recognized by the SIA UK.
The cost of taking these courses separately would exceed $6000. However GRI have negotiated lower cost in accommodation and ammunition which we can pass on to the student. The total cost of this course which includes accommodation, ammunition and all other training equipment is $4250 per person. Should you only wish to participate in the CP course the cost is $3000 for the 7 day course.
The course dates are from the 14th May 2012 - 27th May 2012. A deposit of $1,500 is required to secure a place and a cheque or money order should be made payable to Globe Risk Holdings and mailed to Globe Risk International Water Park Place, 20 Bay Street Suite 1205 Toronto, ON M5J 2N. The deposit should be with us by 16th April 2012 and payment in full by 1st May 2012.
